Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway Big Bertha 2004 Irons are designed to offer exceptional forgiveness, distance, and ease of use for golfers of various skill levels. These irons feature a wide sole and a deep undercut cavity, which work together to lower the center of gravity (CG) and increase the Moment of Inertia (MOI). This design makes it easier to get the ball airborne and provides greater stability on off-center hits, helping golfers achieve more consistent results. The perimeter weighting enhances forgiveness, making these irons particularly well-suited for mid-to-high handicap players who need help with consistency.
In addition to their forgiving nature, the Big Bertha 2004 Irons are equipped with a large sweet spot and a slightly larger clubhead, which inspires confidence at address. The progressive offset design helps promote a straighter ball flight and reduces the likelihood of slices. These irons are also known for their solid feel and smooth turf interaction, making them a reliable choice for golfers seeking to improve their game with a set of irons that offer both performance and ease of play.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
