Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The odyssey Stroke Lab Featuring a groundbreaking multi-material Stroke Lab shaft, it combines a graphite body with a steel tip, effectively redistributing weight to enhance the overall balance and feel. This unique design helps golfers improve their stroke tempo and consistency. The Stroke Lab putter also includes Odyssey's renowned White Hot Microhinge insert, which provides a soft feel and promotes a smooth, consistent roll with less skidding. The high MOI (Moment of Inertia) head design adds stability, reducing twisting on off-center hits and improving forgiveness. Available in various head shapes and styles, the Stroke Lab putter offers high-contrast alignment aids, making it easier to aim accurately.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
