Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Cleveland Launcher Halo XL Full Face irons are designed to offer an exceptional blend of forgiveness, distance, and versatility, catering to golfers who seek advanced technology to enhance their performance. These irons feature a unique full-face design with grooves extending across the entire clubface, which provides consistent spin and control on a variety of shots, including those struck off-center. This feature is particularly beneficial for improving accuracy and maintaining performance from different lies and swing conditions.
In addition to the full-face grooves, the Launcher Halo XL irons include Cleveland's Halo XL technology, which features a hollow construction and a low center of gravity (CG). This design promotes higher launch angles and easier ball flights, helping golfers achieve greater distance with less effort. The wide sole enhances turf interaction, reducing the chances of digging into the ground and ensuring smoother swings. Overall, the Cleveland Launcher Halo XL Full Face irons are engineered to deliver a combination of advanced design, forgiveness, and versatility, making them a strong choice for golfers looking to elevate their iron play with modern, performance-focused technology.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
