Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Cleveland Launcher HB Turbo irons are designed to provide a combination of forgiveness, distance, and ease of use, catering to golfers looking for game-improvement features. These irons stand out with their hybrid-like construction, which integrates design elements typically found in hybrids with traditional iron characteristics.
One of the key features of the Launcher HB Turbo irons is their hollow construction, which allows for a larger clubhead with a low center of gravity (CG). This design promotes higher ball flights and easier launches, making it simpler to achieve consistent distance with less effort. The irons also feature a wide sole, which helps improve turf interaction and minimizes the risk of digging into the ground, providing smoother swings from various lies.
Additionally, the Launcher HB Turbo irons incorporate Turbocharged Face Technology, which enhances ball speed and distance by optimizing the face for greater performance. Overall, these irons are engineered to offer a blend of forgiveness, distance, and playability, making them a solid choice for golfers seeking to boost their game with advanced technology and a forgiving design.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
