Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway XR OS Irons are engineered to provide a blend of distance, forgiveness, and ease of play, making them an excellent choice for golfers who want to enhance their game with a forgiving and high-performance iron set. These irons feature a large, cavity-backed clubhead with a wide sole, which helps to lower the center of gravity (CG) and increase the Moment of Inertia (MOI). This design promotes higher ball launches and maximizes forgiveness on off-center hits, making it easier to achieve consistent results.
The XR OS Irons incorporate Callaway’s advanced technologies, including the “Face Cup” design, which optimizes face thickness to boost ball speed and distance across the entire face. This design helps maintain performance and forgiveness even on mishits. The irons also feature a deep undercut cavity that expands the sweet spot and enhances stability, while the wide sole improves turf interaction, reducing the chances of fat or thin shots and ensuring solid contact from various lies.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
