Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Vice Golf VGD01 Driver is a highly forgiving, game-improvement club specifically engineered to eliminate slices and maximize distance for everyday golfers. Built with a premium carbon-titanium composite head, this ultra-lightweight driver shifts mass low and deep to produce a high, stable launch with exceptional moment of inertia (MOI) on off-center hits. Its permanent draw-biased weighting works actively to correct left-to-right ball flights, while a bold, structural triple alignment graphic on the crown ensures confident face squaring at address. By bypassing traditional retail markups, it delivers premium, slice-fighting performance and explosive ball speeds directly to mid-to-high handicap players at an accessible price point.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
