Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our standard 60-day returns policy: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange - but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. These clubs are pre-owned and are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Blends the best playing characteristics of fairway metals and long irons to provide greater versatility and shot making options from the tee, fairway and rough. Developed with input from touring professionals, the new 585H offers fairway metal-type launch with a flatter ball flight for iron-like control. Optimum performance is achieved using a contoured sole with a tungsten weight port to push the centre of gravity low and deep for higher initial launch with easy-up playability.
The sleek, teardrop shaped clubhead sets up perfectly square for a confidence-inspiring appearance, and a wider, shallow face offers a larger hitting area than an iron.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
