Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. The Titileist 917 D2 driver was designed to be Titleists most complete driver they had made at its release. The 917 D2, which has a higher launch and less spin than its predecessor, combines forgiveness with distance. FAST is the word to keep in mind when discussing the 917 D2. This driver has an enhanced Active Recoil Channel that generates more speed on off-center smashes, resulting in faster ball speeds. In addition to Titleist SureFit Hosel adjustments, the 917 D2 driver offers further adjustability with its new SureFit CG adjustment tools that let you tune the driver for Draw, Fade, or Neutral. This driver's sound has been proven to evoke confidence and a sense of well-being. The 917 D2 Driver's improved trajectory allows for a higher launch and more consistent stroke off the tee.

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
