Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway Apex 2019 Irons offer a blend of performance, forgiveness, and classic styling, ideal for golfers seeking distance and precision with a refined look. These irons feature a forged 1025 carbon steel construction for a soft, responsive feel and excellent feedback, enhancing touch and control.
Incorporating Callaway’s "VFT" (Variable Face Thickness) technology, the Apex 2019 Irons optimize face thickness to boost ball speed and distance across the face, even on off-center hits. The "Tungsten Weighting" system positions weight around the perimeter, increasing stability and forgiveness by enhancing the moment of inertia (MOI).
The sleek, tour-inspired design includes a thin topline and minimal offset, providing a classic appearance. A progressive offset and refined sole ensure smooth turf interaction and solid contact, aiding in shot control and straighter hits. Overall, the Callaway Apex 2019 Irons are perfect for low-to-mid handicap golfers seeking distance, control, and a sophisticated design to elevate their game.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
