Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Odyssey Metal-X putter series is renowned for its innovative design and exceptional performance on the greens. Introduced in 2012, these putters feature a distinctive Metal-X insert, which combines the crisp feedback of a metal striking surface with an incredibly soft feel. This unique insert technology is designed to deliver a precise and satisfying impact sensation, enhancing both control and confidence for golfers.
A key feature of the Metal-X putter is its face pattern, which is engineered to produce the truest roll in golf. The face of the putter is covered with oval depressions that create a mechanical lock with the dimples on the golf ball at impact. This interaction generates friction, promoting a consistent and reliable roll. This consistency in roll translates to high precision in distance control, allowing golfers to achieve better accuracy with their putts. The design and technology of the Metal-X putter series cater to golfers seeking a combination of modern innovation and superior performance on the greens

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
