Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Cleveland 2014 588 custom Driver features an all-around design, meticulously tested and tour-validated, with a 460cc titanium head that offers the perfect blend of distance, forgiveness, and accuracy. Its precision adjustability is achieved through an adjustable hosel with 12 different settings, allowing golfers to fine-tune loft, lie, and face angle within a 3-degree range, and a face angle adjustment of up to 4.5 degrees. Advanced wall construction optimizes the center of gravity, positioning it lower in the club head for a high, penetrating flight. The driver also boasts the largest sweet spot, thanks to enhanced variable face thickness technology, ensuring the hottest flight on center strikes and faster ball speed on off-center hits for maximum forgiveness.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
