Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Taylormade Qi10 Driver is the newest and most anticipated golf driver after the success of the first Stealth 2 Carbon. The most talked about driver on the market at the moment – yet again. The brand new TaylorMade Qi10 driver improves on the original’s revolutionary features but now with an infinity carbon crown. Promising to be the easiest Taylormade drivers to align, and develop speed. The re-engineered 60X Carbon Twist Face is significantly lighter than traditional titanium faces and creates a more efficient energy transfer. The new supporting structure promotes faster ball speeds while also improving durability. Designed for improved preservation of ball speed on off-center shots.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
