Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. The Big Bertha Fusion driver’s clubhead combines an aerospace-grade titanium Exo-Cage with an ultra-light triaxial carbon crown and sole. This greatly reduced the weight of the club and this extra weight was then shifted farther back and around the perimeter of the club. This weight change has made the Big Bertha Fusion one of Callaway’s most forgiving drivers ever. The driver’s head shape was also streamlined thanks to the company’s Speed Step technology. This tweak ensures that the Big Bertha Fusion will be just as long as it is forgiving. The new head shape is also equipped with the latest in acoustic engineering, which gives the player a new level of feedback after the strike.

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
