Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our standard 60-day returns policy: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange - but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. These clubs are pre-owned and are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Callaway X Hot Pro hybrid features a smaller head, less offset and shorter shafts than the X Hot hybrid, making it a great option for better players who want to control and shape shots with great accuracy. These hybrids are also extremely long, bridging the distance gap between woods and irons while being playable from practically any lie.The X Hot Pro flies slightly lower than the X Hot hybrid, but the smaller head and Warbird sole allow players to get to the ball and get it into the air.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
