Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway Apex DCB 21 Irons are designed to offer exceptional forgiveness, distance, and playability, catering to golfers who seek a high-performance, user-friendly iron set. These irons feature a deep cavity-back design with a larger, more forgiving clubhead that helps lower the center of gravity (CG) and increase the Moment of Inertia (MOI). This design promotes higher ball launches and provides enhanced forgiveness on off-center hits, improving overall consistency and confidence.
Incorporating Callaway’s "Flash Face Cup" technology, the Apex DCB 21 Irons optimize face thickness to boost ball speed and distance across the entire face. This technology ensures strong performance even on mishits. The "Tungsten Weighting" system strategically places weight around the perimeter of the clubhead to improve stability and enhance forgiveness.
The wide sole design aids in smooth turf interaction, reducing the chances of fat or thin shots and ensuring clean contact from various lies. The progressive offset helps golfers square the clubface at impact, promoting straighter shots and reducing slices. Overall, the Callaway Apex DCB 21 Irons are ideal for mid-to-high handicap golfers seeking a forgiving, distance-enhancing iron set that combines advanced technology with ease of play to elevate their performance on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
