Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway Quantum Max Irons are the ultimate game-improvement clubs engineered to inject maximum confidence, effortless distance, and extreme forgiveness into your iron play. Designed with an ultra-forgiving, deep cavity-back construction, these irons feature a cutting-edge, AI-optimized face structure that maximizes ball speeds across the entire hitting surface, ensuring mis-hits fly nearly as far and straight as perfect strikes. By combining an active 360° undercut cavity that helps launch the ball high into the air with proprietary urethane microspheres that absorb harsh vibrations, they deliver an incredibly soft feel and a crisp sound at impact. Finished with a progressive sole design that glides seamlessly through any turf condition, the Quantum Max provides mid-to-high handicap golfers with the perfect blend of high-launching power, tighter shot dispersion, and unmatched consistency from fairway to green.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
