Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway XR Irons are designed to offer a combination of distance, forgiveness, and enhanced playability, making them suitable for a wide range of golfers seeking improved performance and consistency. These irons feature a large, cavity-backed clubhead with a wide sole, which helps to lower the center of gravity (CG) and increase the Moment of Inertia (MOI). This design promotes higher ball launches and provides a larger sweet spot, enhancing forgiveness on off-center hits.
The XR Irons incorporate Callaway’s innovative “Face Cup” technology, which optimizes the thickness of the clubface to increase ball speed and distance across the entire face. This technology helps maintain performance even on mis-hits, contributing to more consistent results. Additionally, the deep undercut cavity design and wide sole improve stability and turf interaction, reducing the likelihood of fat or thin shots and ensuring cleaner contact from various lies.
The irons also feature a progressive offset design that assists in squaring the clubface at impact, promoting straighter shots and helping to reduce slices. Overall, the Callaway XR Irons are ideal for mid-to-high handicap golfers who seek a forgiving, distance-enhancing iron set that combines advanced technology with a user-friendly design to boost confidence and performance on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
