Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Callaway Elyte X irons are built for golfers who want maximum distance and forgiveness without the bulky look typical of SGI irons. Their hollow‑body Speed Frame chassis stiffens the structure while allowing the Ai10x Face to flex aggressively, producing fast ball speeds and tight dispersion across the hitting area. A larger profile, thicker topline, and increased offset make launch easy and mishits stable, while the tri‑sole design improves turf interaction from all lies. Strong lofts deliver powerful flight, and urethane microspheres keep feel crisp and controlled. For players in the 10‑to‑mid‑20s handicap range, Elyte X offers elite speed, easy height, and confidence‑boosting forgiveness in a modern, premium‑looking head.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
