Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The TaylorMade Qi Max irons are a modern game‑improvement set engineered to deliver maximum forgiveness, easy launch, and consistent distance across the bag. Their advanced face technology and intelligent head shaping work together to reduce mishits and maintain ball speed, while the refined topline and updated cosmetic design give them a cleaner, more aspirational look at address. Internal vibration‑damping structures and a stability bar enhance feel and sound, making the Qi Max one of TaylorMade’s most complete GI offerings — built for golfers who want effortless performance with a premium, confidence‑boosting aesthetic

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
