Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Callaway Elyte HL irons are designed for golfers who want effortless height, easy distance, and consistent forgiveness, blending a modern hollow‑body chassis with Callaway’s newest Ai10x Face architecture to maximise launch and ball speed across the entire face. Their High Launch (HL) weighting pushes the centre of gravity lower and deeper, helping moderate‑speed players produce towering trajectories that hold greens more reliably. A refined tri‑sole design improves turf interaction by smoothing entry and exit through the grass, while the Speed Frame structure stabilises the body for a crisper, more solid feel at impact. Altogether, the Elyte HL irons deliver a confident, high‑flying performance with clean aesthetics and AI‑driven consistency, making them ideal for players seeking maximum help without sacrificing modern looks or feel.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
