Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Callaway Apex CB 2024 Irons are crafted for advanced golfers who seek a blend of precision, control, and a sleek, modern design. These irons feature a forged 1025 carbon steel construction, providing a soft, responsive feel and exceptional feedback, which are crucial for precise shot-making and control.
The Apex CB 2024 Irons incorporate Callaway’s "A.I.-Designed Flash Face Cup" technology to optimize face thickness, enhancing ball speed and distance across the entire face, even on off-center hits. The "Tungsten Weighting" system strategically positions weight within the clubhead to improve stability and increase the moment of inertia (MOI), offering added forgiveness while maintaining a compact, tour-inspired look.
These irons feature a refined, cavity-back design with a thin topline and minimal offset, appealing to players who prefer a classic, streamlined appearance. The progressive offset and advanced sole design ensure smooth turf interaction and enhance shot control and trajectory management. Overall, the Callaway Apex CB 2024 Irons are ideal for low-to-mid handicap golfers seeking a sophisticated iron set that combines precision, distance, and advanced technology to elevate their performance on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
