Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Callaway Paradym AI Smoke Fairway Wood is a 2024 release designed to offer exceptional performance through advanced technology. This fairway wood utilizes the new AI Smart Face technology, replacing the previous Jailbreak Technology. The AI Smart Face provides multiple sweet spots across the face, ensuring maximum forgiveness and ball speed even on off-center hits. One of the key features of the Paradym AI Smoke is its refined carbon chassis, which redistributes 24 grams of weight throughout the clubhead. This includes 12 grams positioned low-forward to enhance launch and spin, and 12 grams at the rear for increased forgiveness. The incorporation of a tungsten speed cartridge helps position the center of gravity (CG) low and forward, promoting optimal launch and spin for maximum distance. Max: Designed for players who want consistent launch and a neutral ball flight, featuring an adjustable hosel in the 3W and 3HL models.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
