Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Odyssey Works Line of putters represents the latest addition to the premier putter brand on the PGA tour. Its name, "Works," hints at its effectiveness, suggesting that it was so named because of its tour-proven designs that effectively cater to most golfers. However, the Odyssey Works line earns its name not just for its functionality, but because Odyssey has meticulously crafted it with their most notable innovations from previous putter lines. The most recent enhancement to the Odyssey Works line is the Fusion RX insert, which combines the highly acclaimed White Hot Insert with the Metal-X insert, providing each putter with the smooth roll of the Metal-X and the desirable feel of the White Hot Insert. Additionally, the Works putters incorporate the popular Versa line's alignment features, leveraging the stark contrast between matte-black and silver gloss that defines the Odyssey Works Line.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
