Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Ping Rapture irons are designed to offer a high level of forgiveness, distance, and ease of use, catering to golfers who seek game-improvement features in their irons. Constructed from a combination of stainless steel and a unique titanium composite, these irons feature a large, cavity-back design that enhances the moment of inertia (MOI), providing excellent forgiveness on off-center hits and consistent performance.
The Rapture irons are known for their innovative use of materials, including a titanium insert in the clubface which helps to increase ball speed and distance. The design includes a low and deep center of gravity (CG), promoting higher ball flights and easier launches. The wide sole helps to prevent digging and improves playability from various lies. Additionally, the irons feature a modern, sleek profile with a thin top line and minimal offset, appealing to golfers who appreciate both performance and aesthetics. Overall, the Ping Rapture irons deliver a high-performance option that combines advanced technology with a user-friendly design, making them suitable for golfers looking to improve their distance and forgiveness.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
