Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Launch Pad 2022 driver from Wilson Staff is packed with game-improvement features, making it highly forgiving and super fast, resulting in more distance and straighter drives. Designed to solve your slice, the built-in draw bias helps golfers overcome one of the most frustrating problems in the game, ensuring shots fly straighter down the fairway. Advanced computer modeling has created a new tour-proven face geometry that delivers faster ball speeds across the entire hitting surface, making the driver forgiving yet fast. Additionally, the Launch Pad 2022 is one of the lightest drivers on the market, and when paired with a lightweight Evenflow shaft, it enables effortless swing speeds for players of all types, enhancing both distance and ease of use.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
