Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Callaway Paradym AI Smoke Irons are crafted to deliver a high level of performance, blending advanced technology with a sleek, modern design. These irons feature a sophisticated "A.I.-Designed Face Architecture," which optimizes face thickness for enhanced ball speed and distance, even on off-center hits. This technology ensures consistent performance across the face, helping golfers achieve greater distance and accuracy.
The Paradym AI Smoke Irons incorporate "Tungsten Weighting," which strategically positions weight in the clubhead to improve stability and increase the Moment of Inertia (MOI). This design enhances forgiveness and allows for higher ball launches with more control. The irons also feature a distinctive smoke finish, adding a stylish and contemporary look to the performance-driven design.
The wide sole design supports smooth turf interaction, reducing the likelihood of fat or thin shots and ensuring clean contact from various lies. The progressive offset aids in squaring the clubface at impact, promoting straighter shots and minimizing slices. Overall, the Callaway Paradym AI Smoke Irons are ideal for golfers looking for a combination of cutting-edge technology, stylish design, and enhanced performance to elevate their game on the course.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
