Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The TaylorMade Qi HL irons are designed to offer maximum forgiveness, distance, and an easy launch, making them particularly well-suited for golfers with mid-to-high handicaps. The "HL" in the name stands for "High Launch," indicating that these irons are engineered to help players achieve a higher ball flight, which can lead to longer carry distances and more consistent performance.
These irons feature a deep cavity back design that redistributes weight around the perimeter of the clubhead, lowering the center of gravity. This design promotes a higher launch angle and makes it easier to get the ball airborne, even on off-center hits. The wide sole of the Qi HL irons enhances turf interaction, making them easier to hit from a variety of lies. Overall, the TaylorMade Qi HL irons are ideal for golfers looking to improve their distance and accuracy with a forgiving, easy-to-hit iron set.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
