Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Vice VGI01 is a high-performance, hollow-body players' distance iron engineered for golfers who demand the sleek, compact profile of a traditional blade alongside modern explosive power. Crafted through a meticulous triple-forging process and finished with precision milling, this iron delivers an exceptionally soft feel and crisp feedback at impact. Its minimalist design—featuring a thin topline and reduced offset—is expertly blended with a stretched clubface and a wider sweet spot that provides disguised forgiveness on off-center strikes. Engineered with a specialized mini sole grind and increased bounce for flawless turf interaction, the VGI01 generates high ball speeds and a penetrating, low-spin flight path perfectly tailored for skilled low-to-mid handicap players looking to maximize their distance.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
