Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

The Mavrik hybrid lineup features a face designed by A.I. for each loft of every model, specifically to optimize ball speed performance. The Flash Face SS20, combined with Jailbreak Technology and Callaway's renowned Face Cup Technology, uses a high-strength steel face to achieve exceptionally high ball speeds. The range offers different profiles, from a square-toed shape to a cambered fairway-wood shape, providing players with the choice between an easier launch or a more penetrating ball flight. Additionally, the Mavrik hybrids are fast and forgiving, with a combination of speed, stability, and CG placement that promotes easy launch, long carry, and a soft landing.
The Mavrik Max Hybrid has a larger, more forgiving shape with a wider sole and a deeper center of gravity. This design makes it easier to launch the ball high and straight, even on off-center hits. along with also having a slight draw bias Promoting a straighter ball flight for golfers struggling with a slice.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
