Wilson Staff Model Forged Wedge

Great feel on all shots. Spun one back on the green from the rough and felt like a laser to the flag from beside the green.

This is my first personalized wedge that I bought. I decided for this model because I have all clubs by Wilson Staff and because it's possibile to choice the lenght of the staff (+1'' inch tall). It's only one month that I started to use this set (52-56-60) and it required a lot of pratice becuase I started using only a 54" for all the situations.

I wanted to custom an iron just for sand. Choosing loft, bounce, shaft, grip and length all from the custom option was exactly what I looking and hoping for. Works a treat. Very pleased with the selection!!

Saying the wedges come in around £40 cheaper than the bigger companies is great, as the forged feel is superb. The looks and shape are classical, with a slightly matt finish you don't get any glare, along with the traditional head shape it's just an altogether good looking wedge at address. Overall extremely happy with the wedges, end up going for C-Tapers for the shaft instead of the stock offering, which may help the love affair.

Wilson are making some of the best clubs. I bought the wedges to make up my Wilson iron set. I previously had the Wilson PMP wedges which I was not satisfied with. These new forged wedges are completely different. They look fantastic and the feel from them is unbelievable and every time I stand over the ball I have confidence. The are really good on the full swing and excel at partial swings and close to the green. High quality forged wedges at a good price. Took a bit of gamble buying blind because of the Dynamic Gold 120 wedge flex shafts. So glad I did. These shafts are great and I will definitely be using them in future clubs.
