ROGER CLEVELAND SIGNATURE GRINDS
In his quest to perfect the RTZ 2 Wedge, Roger Cleveland led the redesign of every new sole grind, including the much-anticipated reintroduction of the iconic 588 grind. Collaborating closely with engineers and professional tour players, he established a new standard in blade Wedges.
ZIPCORE iQ
The innovative ZipCore iQ features uniquely optimised hosel cores tailored for each RTZ 2 loft and grind combination. This design significantly improves consistency and control, with multiple lightweight core variations redistributing mass for enhanced performance during both centre and off-centre strikes.
Z-ALLOY
Z-Alloy, our proprietary steel, provides an unparalleled feel. This softer, less dense yet remarkably durable material enhances the Wedges’ overall performance by delivering superior feel, improved forgiveness, and greater consistency. Additionally, the rust-resistant properties of Z-Alloy in RTZ 2 Tour Rack Wedges ensure they maintain their ‘like-new’ performance for longer.
HYDRAZIP
The innovative HydraZip technology features face blasts and laser-milled lines that significantly maximise spin in damp conditions. Dynamically configured by loft groupings, this technology effectively balances spin across various lofts, boosting performance in challenging weather.
ULTIZIP
UltiZip incorporates sharper grooves that cut through grass and debris upon contact. The deeper grooves are specifically designed to create space for grass, sand, dirt, or water to clear the impact zone, allowing the RTZ 2 Wedges to deliver more powerful and consistent spin, whether from the fairway, rough, or bunker.
