This is not a pretty wedge, but it has been great for me when playing in the winter on wet golf courses. I was looking for something with a wider sole that wouldn't dig into the turf as much as my normal wedges, and you can't get a wider sole than this. It's not a club that I'm opening up much because of how wide the sole is, but out of wet bunkers, just played like a normal pitch or chip shot, it works great. It's also a great bump and run club from round the green. I personally wouldn't game this all year round, and I think the sole and bounce is too much for me when the course is firmer, but for wet autumn and winter conditions, it's perfect.

I use the edge from the fairway and rough, anywhere from 5-50 yards, to play a low bump and run style shot. It is near impossible to duff as the sole design prevents it. Going from my GW or SW around the greens, to this, honestly feels like cheating!

I ordered these on the Thursday and it was delivered within 24 hours. Absolutely fantastic service. Played one round and never duffed a shot with them, really pleased with the purchase. Bought the 50 and 58 degree wedges, now I’m going to try the CB 2 wedge 54 degree and hope they’re as good

Bought the sand wedge and the chipper together, The sand wedge is doing me a great turn getting out of bunkers. The chipper is a new style club for me as I have never played with one before , very pleased with my purchases though and would thoroughly recommend.
