Ecco Mens Biom C4 BOA Golf Shoes

Very comfortable shoe, even on the first round. I have wide feet but I didn't need to remove the additional insert as the shoe fitted nicely. After a few rounds, these are even more comfortable and they do seem to support my low arch feet better than my older Biom's. Traction is pretty decent, though it will never be as good as a spiked shoe. The style, for an Ecco golf shoe, is actually pretty decent and the white option with the small blue section at the bottom that I went for actually looks really good. I compared these to my previous Ecco C4 Biom's and whilst the BOA system is pretty good, the laces option will lock in your heel more so if that is a thing for you, go for the laces. That is not to say my heel is "loose" in the BOA's, but there is a noticeable difference. I can definitely tell that the small leather sections on the outside of the shoes in the toe area will crease (like they did on my previous ones) but it is what it is.

I brought two pairs of Ecco Mens Biom C4 BOA Golf Shoes. One in gray and one in white. I particularly wanted a wide pair of fitting shoes and both pairs did not disappoint once the first inner soul was removed. They have been so comfortable straight out of the box and unlike previous manufacturers shoes I have brought not one blister after playing my first 18 holes wearing either pair. So as a shoe to wear and play golf in they have been great and would recommend them. However I did after a few months have a problem with both sets of shoes. First the grey pair started leaking ( right foot ) And the white pair discoloured very badly after only a few weeks of wearing them in the summer. ( I do always clean my shoes after a round ) they discolour around the soul of the shoe and after a while they started looking 5 years old not 3 months old. Which is a shame because as I said they are great shoes to wear on the course. One last thing to finish on a plus. Ecco replaced both shoes because of both problems. So a big thanks to Golf online and Ecco for sorting this out.
