Each iron is constructed from a single piece of Grain Flow Forged HD using 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel at Mizuno's specialised facility, which has been dedicated to producing exceptional irons since 1968.
Soft Copper Underlay
A delicate microlayer of copper lies beneath the Nickel Chrome finish, enhancing the feel of the Grain Flow Forged heads for superior performance.
Centre Mass for Enhanced Feedback
This advanced design delivers a softer, more elongated sensation at impact, matching vibration patterns identified by Mizuno’s Harmonic Impact Technology, which has been validated through extensive tour testing.
Aggressively Tapered Blade
The distinctly tapered upper blade section creates an ideal trajectory across the set, offering flighted long irons alongside penetrating short irons.
Thinner, Tour Preferred Topline
Improvements have been made based on feedback from tour players, refining the topline through precise weight distribution and careful adjustments during manufacturing.
Increased Bounce Angle
The bounce angle has been enhanced by one degree in the long irons and two degrees in the scoring irons, significantly improving turf interaction for a more effective performance.
More Compact Short Irons
In response to the preferences of Mizuno’s tour professionals, the blade length of the shorter irons has been distinctly shortened, allowing for better control and precision.
