After four years of rapid development, Mizuno’s Speed Technology (ST) Metalwood Project has led to the launch of the ST-230 series, which features an innovative energy source— the CORTECH Chamber.

CORTECH CHAMBER
The vital component: Mizuno’s CORTECH Chamber encases a dense stainless steel weight with elastomeric TPU, relieving stress from the clubface and creating an additional energy source. This design positions the weight closer to the clubface, resulting in lower spin rates while contributing to a more solid and powerful feel at impact.

Forged SAT 2041 Beta Ti Face
This face is more resilient than the commonly used 6-4 titanium, featuring a complex multi-thickness design made possible by the CORTECH Chamber technology.

Unified Sole Composite
The carbon sole plate has been designed as a single piece to facilitate weight distribution to the extremities, enhancing overall stability.

Straight Flight Bias
This feature ensures mass is evenly spread, promoting a highly stable and straight ball flight.
