*This battery is capable of completing 36 holes on a single-motor Motocaddy trolley under normal conditions; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Motocaddy recommends topping up the battery between rounds whenever possible. This battery is not intended for completing 18 holes over consecutive days on a single charge. Battery capacity will diminish over time and can be influenced by usage frequency and charging conditions.
**Not compatible with 28V M-Series models (2022 onwards).

WARRANTY INFORMATION (for UK customers only)
The Motocaddy 12V Lithium battery comes with a full 24-month standard warranty starting from the date of purchase. The charger includes a separate 12-month warranty from the purchase date. Motocaddy also offers an additional 12-month warranty (36-month total) on the battery, exclusive of the charger. Both the standard and extended warranties apply only to purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and intended for use within these regions.
To qualify for the extended 36-month warranty, the battery must be registered online at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of your purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects occurring during normal use. Accidental damage or misuse is not covered under this policy. Motocaddy guarantees that all LiFePO4 Lithium batteries will maintain 80% of the original rated capacity (Wh).
Any repairs or replacements carried out free of charge do not come with a new warranty extending beyond the original purchase. The warranties provided are supplementary benefits and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Proof of purchase may be requested, and depending on the location, we may charge for shipping on any replacement battery at our discretion. These warranties are non-transferable.
Motocaddy Lithium Batteries are subject to standard Motocaddy warranty terms & conditions.
Note: The manufacturer's warranty is applicable only to purchases in the UK and Ireland. Customers acquiring this battery outside the UK & Ireland will not be covered by ANY Warranty. Faulty or failed Lithium batteries cannot be transported via courier per regulations, which means that buying a Lithium battery from another country renders the warranty ineffective there. As such, we do not provide any warranty on Lithium Batteries purchased outside the UK.
Please be aware that as this product is sold by a UK retailer, it includes a UK charger lead. If you plan to use it in Europe, you will require a suitable European adapter to charge the battery.
