The manufacturer’s warranty is applicable only for purchases made within the UK and Ireland. Customers who buy this trolley from outside these regions will not receive warranty coverage in their location and must return the trolley to the UK for any necessary repairs and services at their own expense.
Coverage details include:
The trolley (main body and components) as well as the charger are protected by a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during regular use. Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorised commercial use (as detailed in the relevant manual) are not included.
Furthermore, NAVEE offers a 5-year warranty (additional 2 years) on the battery (the charger is excluded). To secure the extended 5-year warranty, the battery must be registered online using the appropriate Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase.
