Ping G430 SFT Fairway Wood

The PING G430 Fairway Woods are engineered to maximise your distance on the golf course. Featuring the innovative Carbonfly Wrap, these clubs are designed to position the centre of gravity (CG) closer to the force line, which results in enhanced ball speed and extended carry.

This cutting-edge lightweight composite crown wraps into the heel and toe sections of the skirt, leading to a remarkable weight saving of 10 grams which is then optimised to achieve a lower CG, further boosting ball speed. Additionally, the composite material contributes to a satisfying auditory experience when striking the ball. A strategically placed tungsten backweight enhances perimeter weighting, ensuring superior forgiveness on off-centre hits.

PING have retained two proven technologies from the previous model to support distance gains and spin consistency across the clubface. The FaceWrap Technology features a variable-thickness, high-strength maraging steel face that wraps into the sole and crown of the stainless steel head, enabling increased flexing for quicker ball speeds and higher launch angles for greater distance. The innovative variable roll radius of Spinsistency enhances performance across the face, particularly on thin strikes, by minimising spin and augmenting ball speed from the maraging steel face.

The G430 Fairway Woods come in three various heads: 3W (16°), 5W (19°), and 7W (22°), all featuring lighter swing weights to assist in squaring the face at impact.
