Manufacturer's Warranty:
Due to logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship Lithium Batteries independently outside the UK; therefore, they must be purchased alongside a Trolley.
The manufacturer's warranty applies to purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. Customers from outside the UK & Ireland will be required to return their items to the UK for any repairs and services covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that arise during normal use. However, it does not cover breakages resulting from accidental damage, misuse, or commercial use as outlined in the relevant manual.
PowaKaddy batteries are protected by a separate warranty (60-month lithium) and can be registered using the "Battery Warranty Card" or through our online warranty registration form.
Note:
The manufacturer's warranty covers purchases within the UK and Ireland only. Customers purchasing this battery from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered by ANY warranty. Faulty or failed Lithium batteries cannot be transported by couriers due to regulations. Consequently, purchasing a lithium battery from another country renders the warranty ineffective in that location. Therefore, we do not offer any warranty on Lithium Batteries outside of the UK.
Additionally, as this product is sold by a UK retailer, it includes a UK charger lead. If you intend to use it in Europe, you will require the appropriate European adaptor to charge the battery.
