Manufacturer's Warranty:
Due to logistical restrictions, we cannot ship Lithium Batteries alone outside the UK; they must be purchased with a Trolley only.
The manufacturer's warranty is applicable for purchases made within the UK and Ireland only. Customers outside the UK & Ireland must return their item to the UK for any repairs and services covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal usage. Any damage caused by accidental misuse, abuse (in accordance with the relevant manual), or commercial use is not covered.
Powakaddy batteries are guaranteed by a separate warranty (60-month lithium) and can be registered with the "Battery Warranty Card" or via our online warranty registration form.
Note: The manufacturer's warranty applies exclusively to purchases within the UK and Ireland. Customers purchasing this battery from outside the UK & Ireland will not be entitled to ANY warranty. Furthermore, faulty or failed Lithium batteries cannot be transported by couriers under their regulations. This effectively means that purchasing a lithium battery from another country nullifies the warranty in that territory because it cannot be claimed. Consequently, we do not offer any warranty outside of the UK on Lithium Batteries.
Note that as the product is sold by a UK retailer, it will include a UK Charger lead. Should you wish to use it in Europe, you will need to acquire the appropriate European Adapter to charge the battery.
