Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our 30-day returns policy, not the 60 days that applies to new goods: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange, but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. A manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to a pre-owned club, so we cover it ourselves: 6 months from the date of dispatch against genuine failure, which does not include the wear shown in the grading above. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

Product Details

The Cobra King Forged Tec Black irons, released in 2018, were designed for golfers seeking a blend of modern performance and sleek aesthetics. These irons featured a compact, players-iron profile with a striking black PVD finish, giving them a premium and stealthy look. Aimed at low- to mid-handicap players, the Forged Tec Black irons provided a balance of distance, forgiveness, and feel, making them suitable for those who wanted the performance benefits of a modern iron while retaining the control and shot-shaping ability of a traditional forged club.

The irons were constructed from a forged 4140 Chromoly steel face, delivering a soft and responsive feel at impact. Inside, tungsten weighting was strategically positioned in the heel and toe areas to lower the center of gravity (CG) and improve forgiveness on off-center hits. The PWRShell face technology enhanced ball speeds and expanded the sweet spot for greater distance across the face. The combination of feel, forgiveness, and distance made the Cobra King Forged Tec Black irons an excellent option for golfers who wanted a stylish, high-performing set that could elevate their game.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
