Cobra King Oversized (OS) Irons / 5-SW + GW / Recoil ES 460 F3 Regular Flex

The Cobra King Oversized irons, released in 2016, were designed as a game-improvement set, focused on providing maximum forgiveness, distance, and playability for mid- to high-handicap golfers. These irons featured the largest clubface Cobra had ever produced, which helped create a massive sweet spot, making it easier to hit consistent, powerful shots. The oversized design was intended to provide greater confidence at address and more forgiveness on off-center hits, helping players achieve better results even when their swing was not perfect.
The irons incorporated CarbonTrac technology, which allowed for weight to be repositioned lower and deeper in the clubhead, optimizing the center of gravity (CG) for higher launch and increased carry distance. The PWRShell Face Technology further enhanced ball speeds by creating a thinner, more flexible clubface that flexed at impact, generating greater distance. The cavity-back construction with perimeter weighting improved stability and forgiveness across the entire face, making the King Oversized irons easier to hit.
Overall, the Cobra King Oversized irons were praised for their ability to deliver high, powerful shots with added forgiveness, making them a great choice for golfers looking to improve their consistency and gain more distance in their iron play. The combination of cutting-edge technologies and the large, forgiving clubhead made them especially suited for players looking to gain confidence and performance on the course.
