Returns & Warranty

Pre-owned clubs are covered by our standard 60-day returns policy: if it's not right, send it back in the condition you received it for a refund. Each club is a one-off, so we can't offer a like-for-like exchange - but you're welcome to order anything else.

Condition is exactly as described and photographed above. These clubs are pre-owned and are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions about the condition or specification, please contact us before you buy. Full returns policy.

This unique design combines the best features of higher lofted fairway woods, the best features of hybrids, and a more neutral ball flight. Using direct feedback from world-class pros like Phil Mickelson and Xander Schauffele, we’ve created a multi-purpose club that better players can rely on from the tee, fairway, or rough.
The distinct clubhead shaping is inspired by in-depth feedback from TOUR pros. It’s a compact profile that they want to shape their shots for enhanced control. Club lengths are set between a fairway wood and a hybrid, allowing for versatile playability while still being easier to hit.

Condition Guide

Every pre-owned club is graded out of 10 on its Head, Shaft and Grip, which combine into an overall condition grade. Grips scoring below 6/10 are replaced before sale.

  • 10/10 – Unused, often still boxed.
  • 9/10 – Mint; little to no sign of use.
  • 8/10 – Very good; used only a handful of times, faint marks.
  • 7/10 – Good; clear evidence of play but no damage.
  • 6/10 – Fair; honest cosmetic wear from normal play (our most common grade).
  • 5/10 – Well used; heavier play marks, still fully playable.
