The trolley comes equipped with a battery featuring a Blue/Black charging socket and has been calibrated accordingly. It is also compatible with batteries that have a Grey/Black charging socket, but the battery indicator will require recalibration when using these:
- From the Home screen, select the Settings icon and then “Battery Settings”
- If using a battery with a Blue/Black charging port, select 26V
- If using a battery with a Grey/Black charging port, select 28V (refer to fig. 3 - see the PDF file above)
- Press the back arrow to save your desired settings
Warranty Information
Please note that customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered by the warranty in their country. Should repairs or services be needed, the trolley must be returned to us in the UK at the customer's expense.
Furthermore, since the trolley is sold through a UK retailer, it will include a UK charger lead. To use the trolley in Europe, a suitable adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) is required to charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty is applicable solely to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online using the relevant
Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. It is important to retain proof of purchase.
The trolley and charger are backed by a 24-month warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects under normal usage. Breakages from accidental damage, abuse, misuse (as described in the manual), or commercial use will not be covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To qualify for the full five-year warranty, registration at
www.motocaddy.com/warranty must be completed within 45 days of purchase. If not registered, the warranty period will be limited to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. If a problem arises with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. You may directly access the
Motocaddy Service Centre Locator for assistance.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, if a faulty battery occurs, collection will not be possible. Customers must resolve the issue locally, and it will not be covered under warranty due to the restrictions mentioned above.
