Warranty Information
Please note that customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK and Ireland will NOT be covered by warranty in their country. Those customers will be required to return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and servicing at their own expense.
Additionally, as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will come with a UK Charger lead. If you plan to use the trolley in Europe, a suitable adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) will be necessary for battery charging.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer's warranty applies exclusively to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for warranty coverage, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online via the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, so please retain your receipt and details.
The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. However, any damage resulting from accidental harm, misuse, or commercial use, as outlined in the included manual, is not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries feature a separate 5-year full warranty. To ensure this extended warranty applies, the battery must also be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. Failure to register results in a reduced warranty period of 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical constraints, we cannot collect any lithium batteries. If you experience issues with your lithium battery, it will need to be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. Use the following link to access the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect faulty batteries. Customers will need to resolve any battery issues locally, and such problems will not be covered under warranty, in accordance with the stated restrictions.
