This trolley is provided with a battery featuring a Blue/Black charging socket. The battery indicator has been calibrated specifically for this battery type. It is also compatible with batteries featuring a Grey/Black charging socket, which will require recalibration of the battery indicator:
- From the Home screen, select the Settings icon and then “Battery Settings”
- For a battery with a Blue/Black charging port, select 26V
- For a battery with a Grey/Black charging port, select 28V (refer to fig. 3 in the PDF above)
- Press the back arrow to save your selected settings
Warranty Information
Please be aware that customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be entitled to warranty coverage in their respective countries. Warranty services will require the trolley to be returned to us in the UK at the customer's expense.
Additionally, since the trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it comes with a UK charger lead. To use the trolley in Europe, you must obtain the appropriate adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty only covers purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please retain proof of purchase, as this will be required.
The trolley and charger are protected by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal usage. Any damages resulting from accidental harm, misuse, or commercial use (as stated in the relevant manual) are excluded from coverage.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. For the full warranty to apply, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If registration is not completed, the warranty period will be only 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we cannot collect any lithium batteries. Should an issue arise with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. Access the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator for assistance.
Please note that for trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect any defective batteries. Customers will need to resolve any issues locally, as these will not be covered under the warranty restrictions noted above.
