EASILOCK Compatible
Enjoy the exclusive EASILOCK® system available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags. This innovative feature locks your bag onto the trolley, eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. The two holes on the trolley’s lower bag support perfectly align with two removable pins at the base of the bag. This ensures that golfers can secure their bags quicker and more easily than ever before.

The trolley comes with a battery featuring a Blue/Black charging socket. The battery indicator is calibrated for this type. It is also compatible with batteries that have a Grey/Black charging socket; however, the battery indicator will need recalibration in that case:
- From the Home screen, select the Settings icon and then “Battery Settings”
- If using a battery with a Blue/Black charging port, select 26V
- If using a battery with a Grey/Black charging port, select 28V (see the PDF file above)
- Press the back arrow to save your desired settings
Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland are not covered for warranty services in their own country. They must return the trolley to us in the UK for repairs and servicing at their own expense.
It is also important to note that the trolley will be supplied with a UK charger lead. If you intend to use it in Europe, a suitable adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) will be necessary to charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty exclusively covers purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for the warranty, the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please retain proof of purchase, as it is required for registration.
The trolley and charger are backed by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects during normal use. However, any damage due to accidental misuse or commercial use—as outlined in the manual—is not included in this warranty.
The Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To benefit from this extended warranty, registration must be completed at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If the battery is not registered, the warranty period will revert to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical limitations, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. Should you face any issues with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your nearest Motocaddy Service Centre for assessment. You can find the nearest service centre via the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator link.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we regret that we will be unable to collect any faulty batteries. Customers will be required to resolve the issue locally, as outlined by the aforementioned warranty conditions.
