EASILOCK Compatible
This trolley features the exclusive EASILOCK® system available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags. It locks the bag onto the trolley and eliminates the need for a lower bag support strap. This innovative design ensures that golfers can secure their bags quickly and easily, making your golfing experience smoother.
Warranty Information
Please be aware that customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK and Ireland will not be covered under warranty in their respective countries. In such cases, the trolley must be returned to us in the UK for repairs and services at the customer's expense.
Additionally, as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will come with a UK charger lead. To use the trolley in Europe, a suitable adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) will be necessary for battery charging.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
To qualify for the manufacturer's warranty, purchases must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Retain proof of purchase for warranty claims.
The trolley and charger come with a 24-month warranty from the purchase date, covering all manufacturing defects during normal use. Damage caused by accidents or misuse, as outlined in the manual, is exempt from coverage.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries receive a separate 5 Year Full Warranty. To ensure full warranty coverage, the battery must also be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. Unregistered batteries will only have a 2-year warranty.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical limitations, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. Should you encounter an issue with your lithium battery, it will need to be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. You can easily find the nearest centre by visiting the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect any faulty battery. Customers will need to address issues locally, as such cases are not covered under warranty due to stipulated restrictions.
