EASILOCK Compatible
The EASILOCK® system is available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, allowing you to securely lock your bag onto the trolley without the need for a lower bag support strap. The trolley features two holes that align with two removable pins on the base of the bag, ensuring that golfers can secure their bags more efficiently than ever before.
*A compatible smartphone with the Motocaddy app is required.

The trolley is supplied with a battery featuring a Blue/Black charging socket. The battery indicator has been calibrated for this type of battery. The trolley is also compatible with batteries featuring a Grey/Black charging socket. If you are using this type of battery, the battery indicator will need to be recalibrated:
- From the Home screen, select the Settings icon and then “Battery Settings”
- If you are using a battery with a Blue/Black charging port, select 26V
- If you are using a battery with a Grey/Black charging port, select 28V (refer to the PDF file above)
- Press the back arrow to save your desired settings
Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will not be covered for warranty in their respective countries. They will need to return the trolley back to us in the UK for repairs & services at their own expense.
Please note that as the trolley is being sold by a UK retailer, it will come with a UK charger lead. If you intend to use the trolley in Europe, you will require the appropriate adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty covers purchases within the UK and Ireland only. To qualify for the warranty, the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, so please retain the details/receipt.
The trolley and charger are under warranty for 24 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects during normal usage. Any damage resulting from accidental harm or misuse (as outlined in the relevant manual) is not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate five-year full warranty. For this extended warranty to apply, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If the battery is not registered, the warranty period reduces to two years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries. If you face issues with your lithium battery, it should be returned to your local Motocaddy service centre for diagnosis. For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not be able to collect any faulty battery. Customers must resolve the issue locally, and it will not be covered under warranty as per the stated restrictions.
