Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty in their respective countries. They will need to return the trolley back to us in the UK for repairs & services at their own cost.
Furthermore, as the trolley is being sold by a UK retailer, it will come with a UK charger lead. For using the trolley in Europe, an appropriate adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) is necessary for battery charging.
Warranty Information for UK and Ireland Purchases
The manufacturer's warranty is applicable only for purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for this warranty, both the trolley and the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Retain proof of purchase as it is required.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 36-month warranty starting from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. Please note that any damages resulting from accidental harm or misuse (as specified in the accompanying manual) or commercial use are not included.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries benefit from a separate 5-Year Full Warranty. To activate this warranty, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If not registered, the warranty period will be limited to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we are unable to collect any lithium batteries for warranty purposes. Should an issue arise with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. You can access the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator for assistance.
For trolleys purchased outside of the UK or Ireland, we cannot collect any faulty battery. Customers will need to resolve any issues locally, and such issues will not be covered under warranty as per the stated restrictions.
