Warranty Information
Customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will NOT be covered for warranty in their country. They will need to return the trolley back to us in the UK for repairs and services at their cost.
Also note that since the trolley is being sold by a UK retailer, it will come with a UK Charger lead. If you plan to use the trolley in Europe, you will need the correct adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty covers purchases within the UK and Ireland only. To qualify for the warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing defects during normal use. Any breakage resulting from accidental damage, abuse or misuse (as detailed in the manual), or commercial use is not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries are supported by a separate 5 Year Full Warranty. To qualify for this warranty, the battery must be registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. If not registered, the warranty period will be limited to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical restrictions, we cannot collect faulty lithium batteries. Should you experience an issue, the battery will need to be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. Use the following link to find a Motocaddy Service Centre.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we cannot collect any faulty batteries. Customers are responsible for resolving any issues locally, and such problems will not be covered under warranty per the stated restrictions.
