EASILOCK Compatible
Featuring the exclusive EASILOCK® system, this functionality is available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags. It securely attaches the bag to the trolley while eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. Two holes on the trolley's lower support align seamlessly with two removable pins on the base of the bag, allowing golfers to secure their bag quickly and effortlessly.

Battery Voltage Setting
For battery voltage settings, please CLICK HERE. The trolley is provided with a battery featuring a Blue/Black charging socket, with the battery indicator calibrated accordingly. It is also compatible with batteries using a Grey/Black charging socket; however, if using this type, the battery indicator will need recalibration:
- From the home screen, select the settings icon and then “Battery Settings”
- For a battery with a Blue/Black charging port, select 26V
- For a battery with a Grey/Black charging port, select 28V (refer to fig. 3 in the PDF)
- Press the back arrow to save your chosen settings
Warranty Information
Purchasers of this trolley outside the UK & Ireland will not be covered under warranty in their respective countries. They must return the trolley to the UK for repairs and services at their own expense.
Note that as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will come with a UK charger lead. If you plan to use the trolley in Europe, ensure you have the correct adapter (such as a travel adaptor) for charging the battery.
Warranty information for purchases within the UK and Ireland
The manufacturer's warranty only covers purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for warranty coverage, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant
Warranty Registration Form within 45 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, so keep your receipt or details safe.
The trolley and charger will be covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects arising from normal usage. Breakages resulting from accidental damage or misuse, as outlined in the manual, are not included.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries come with a separate 5-Year Full Warranty, which is only valid if the battery is registered at
www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. Unregistered batteries will have a 2-year warranty period.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical constraints, we cannot collect any lithium batteries. If your lithium battery encounters an issue, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for assessment. The following link will direct you to the

For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, collection of faulty batteries is not feasible. Customers must resolve any issues locally, as they will not be covered under warranty, according to the stated restrictions.
