EASILOCK Compatible
The exclusive EASILOCK® system, available on all Motocaddy trolleys and bags, securely locks the bag to the trolley while eliminating the need for a lower bag support strap. This convenient feature allows golfers to fasten their bag efficiently through two holes on the trolley's lower bag support that align with two removable pins on the bag's base.

The trolley is provided with a battery that has a Blue/Black charging socket. The battery indicator is tailored for this specific battery type. Additionally, the trolley may also accept batteries featuring a Grey/Black charging socket; however, in this case, the battery indicator will require recalibration:
- From the home screen, select the settings icon and then “Battery Settings”
- If using a battery with a Blue/Black charging port, select 26V
- If using a battery with a Grey/Black charging port, select 28V (refer to fig. 3 in the PDF file above)
- Press the back arrow to save your chosen settings
Warranty Information
Please note, customers purchasing this trolley from outside the UK & Ireland will not be covered for warranty in their respective countries. They must return the trolley to us in the UK for any repairs or services at their own expense.
Additionally, as this trolley is sold by a UK retailer, it will include a UK charger lead. Customers wishing to use the trolley in Europe will need to obtain the correct adaptor (e.g., travel adaptor) to charge the battery.
Warranty information for UK and Ireland purchases
The manufacturer's warranty applies exclusively to purchases made within the UK and Ireland. To qualify for this warranty, both the trolley and battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase. Please retain the proof of purchase as it is required.
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects during normal use. Damage caused by accidents or misuse, as specified in the relevant manual, is not covered.
Motocaddy Lithium batteries have a separate 5-year full warranty, provided the battery is registered at www.motocaddy.com/warranty within 45 days of purchase. Failure to register the battery reduces the warranty period to 2 years.
Battery Warranty Information
Due to logistical limitations, we cannot collect any lithium batteries. If you experience issues with your lithium battery, it must be returned to your local Motocaddy Service Centre for diagnosis. You can find your nearest service centre via the Motocaddy Service Centre Locator.
For trolleys purchased outside the UK or Ireland, we will not collect any faulty batteries, and customers must resolve any issues locally without warranty coverage as per stated restrictions.
